Sharni Williams is arguably one of the greatest female athletes to ever play rugby in Australia.
With an international career spanning back to 2008, Williams has done it all on the big stage.
She made her international debut against New Zealand, just days after scoring three tries in an unofficial test match.
Williams won the Australian Women’s Player of the Year in 2010, before transitioning to rugby sevens in 2011.
Williams was co-captain of Australia’s triumphant Olympics gold medal team in 2016 and was awarded an Order of Australia Medal in 2017.
She also won a silver medal at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
